The situation
Camperdown Skin is a small clinic one floor above Falls Park, run by a nurse practitioner with a laser nurse and an esthetician. In person it’s calm, honest and good at its job. Its website was a 2013 do-it-yourself site: lavender, glossy purple buttons, a scrolling “SPECIAL!!” banner, a stretched stock photo of cucumber slices, and prices hidden in a PDF.
The approach
People shopping for Botox or a peel ask the same three questions: what does it cost, who will do it, and how long will I look like this afterwards? The new site answers all three on the first page. Every treatment has a starting price and its downtime, the three providers are named with their licences, and a frank FAQ covers pain, cost and “results vary.”
The signature piece answers the question the front desk hears most: I have a wedding on the 21st. When should I come in? Pick the occasion and the date, and the page works out when to book each treatment, and says plainly when it’s too late for one.
What it’s built to do
This is a concept redesign, so I’m not inventing numbers. It’s built to bring in more first consults from people who already know the price, cut the “how much is it?” phone calls, and make a small, careful clinic look as trustworthy online as it is in the room.
