A first consult. No needles that day unless you ask.

What we’ll talk you out of.

Most of the job is saying no at the right time. Here’s what we turn down most weeks.

  • Lip filler two weeks before your wedding.

The swelling needs longer than that. Do it after the honeymoon, or a month ahead.

  • A package of six on your first visit.

Try one session. If you love it, we’ll talk about the rest then.

  • Laser on a fresh summer tan.

It’s how people get burned. Come back in October.

  • Botox for lines you only see in a magnifying mirror.

Nobody else is looking that closely. Keep the money.

  • Under-eye filler for a shadow.

Some hollows are lighting and sleep. Dana will tell you which yours are before she picks up a needle.

  4. Day 14 · 10 minutes, free

    The check-in

We look at the result together. If Botox needs a touch-up, it’s on us.

Who’ll treat you.

Three people, all licensed in South Carolina. A board-certified dermatologist reviews treatment plans and is on call.

Straight answers.

Does it hurt?

Botox and filler feel like a quick pinch, and filler comes with numbing built in. Lasers feel like a rubber band snap. Peels tingle. We’ll stop whenever you ask.

How long until I can go back to work?

For Botox, filler, facials and dermaplaning, the same afternoon. Medium peels and IPL leave you flaky for a week, so plan those around your calendar (the count-back chart above helps).

What if I don’t like the result?

Come to your day-14 check-in and tell us. Botox touch-ups are free. Hyaluronic filler can be dissolved. If something feels wrong before then, text Dana directly.

Will people be able to tell?

Not if we do it right. We start conservative and add, never the other way round.

How much does it really cost?

The prices above are real starting points. A typical first Botox visit is 20 to 40 units, so $240 to $480. You get the exact total in writing before we start.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for treatments over $500, split across three months with no interest. We don’t sell memberships.

Who shouldn’t have these treatments?

Anyone pregnant or nursing, and some people on blood thinners or with certain skin conditions. We go through your health history at the consult.

Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this page is medical advice; your consult is where that happens.
